I. Core Print Settings

This fully eliminates overhangs, requiring no supports whatsoever—reliance on the skirted edges alone ensures strong adhesion.
Layer Height | 0.20 mm (balancing print speed and mechanical strength), with a finer resolution of 0.16 mm in the hook detail areas to maintain column rigidity while preserving crisp, well-defined hook curves.
Fill Density | Base: 25%–30%; Columns: 18%–22%. Increasing fill density at the base enhances load-bearing capacity and prevents tipping or instability.
Wall Thickness | Base: 2.2–2.4 mm; Columns: 2.0 mm. These thicker wall sections boost overall structural rigidity and help prevent warping or deformation.

II. Specialized Skirt Configuration

- Function: The skirt alone provides sufficient adhesion to the base, preventing warping or lifting along the edges—no additional supports are needed.
III. Material and Temperature Settings
- Filament Choice: Black PLA is the preferred material—easy to print, supports peel cleanly, and its dark hue perfectly complements the traditional Chinese aesthetic. PETG is also compatible, offering enhanced durability.
- Nozzle Temperature: PLA: 200–210°C; PETG: 230–240°C.
- Bed Temperature: PLA: 60–65°C; PETG: 70–75°C.
- Cooling Fan: Run the cooling fan at 100% throughout the print for PLA; for PETG, reduce fan speed to 80% during the final stages of printing.
