My printer was too small to print the whole wheel in one go. It won't fit a 256 x 256 bed. My brother helped me split the wheel in 2 in CAD with connectors that need to be glued together to make it strong enough.
I've been using it for a year or so and it's still in one piece. lol
I glued the 2 parts together then sanded and sprayed it. I wrapped the grips with tennis racket grip tape as the plastic grips were making my hands sweat a lot. I printed everything in PETG with high infill. Can't remember the exact amount.
From original maker: "I used 4 m3x30 and 2 m3x20 socket head bolts and nuts. I printed it with carbon fiber petg with 60% infill but I recommend the highest infill youre comfortable with. The grips are pla and 20 to 30% infill is fine for them."
I have included all original files except I've posted the main wheel in two parts. A big shout out to Corduroy Roy for making this!
Happy printing :)
