1. Filament: For the main body, we recommend using an orange‑red gradient PLA filament with a diameter of 1.75 mm. If durability is a priority for the drawer slides, consider switching to PETG filament, which offers a smoother, more abrasion‑resistant surface.
2. Print Settings: Use a layer height of 0.15 mm to ensure precise fit between the drawers and the cabinet body. Set the infill density to 20–25%, with a wall thickness of three layers for the outer shell. No supports are required along the drawer slide tracks; however, you can enable tree‑like supports on the small footrests at the base of the cabinet (with a support density of 10%). Be sure to activate the raft during printing to prevent warping or lifting at the bottom of the model.
3. Printer: A standard FDM 3D printer is sufficient. The cabinet body and the three-tier drawer should be printed separately, leaving a 0.1 mm clearance for smooth drawer operation while ensuring a slight seal when the drawers are fully closed.
