Overview 

The Thumb Wiggler is a satisfying, mechanical fidget toy featuring a smooth ball-and-socket joint. This toy allows you to "wiggle" the joystick through four different gate shapes. It’s compact, includes a keychain loop, and is designed for a completely support-free printing experience.

Bill of Materials

• Filament: PLA (Recommended).
• Note: DO NOT use PLA Matte for the "Top" piece, as the snap-fit clips are too brittle and may snap during assembly.
• Optional: Standard keychain ring.

Print Settings

• Wall Generator: Classic.
• Layer Height: 0.2mm.
• Infill: 15% (Grid or Gyroid).
• Adhesion: Ensure your build plate is clean. The ball part of the stick has a small footprint; use a brim if you have adhesion issues on Textured PEI.
• Plate Setup: The profile includes 5 plates. Plates 1-4 contain the Base and Top for each shape. Plate 5 contains the Stick. This allows you to print the stick in a contrasting color without wasting filament on AMS swaps.

Assembly

1. Insert the Stick (ball end) into the Base socket. It will snap into place.
2. Align your chosen Top gate over the stick.
3. Press down firmly using your fingers until the friction-fit clips "click" into place.
4. Note: This is a permanent assembly. Once the top is snapped on, it is very difficult to remove, so choose your favorite shape!
