Bouba is the soft and rounded version of the Candlelit Christmas Tree series — a gentle, cozy shape inspired by the “Bouba/Kiki” effect


Designed to sit over a small LED tealight, the tree glows warmly from within while the candle base becomes its trunk. The result is a simple, elegant, and budget-friendly Christmas decoration that brings a calm, snowy charm to your space.

Experiment with white PLA for a frosted tree look, or with transparent filament for a magical icy-glass effect.

 

 

How to Print

  • Mode: Vase mode (recommended) or regular print
  • Top layers: 0
  • Bottom layers: 3
  • Wall lines: 2 (0.4 mm width each)
  • Infill: 0%
  • Layer height: 0.2 mm
  • Material: White or transparent PLA
  • Orientation: Base flat on the build plate
  • Supports: None required

After printing, make a small central hole in the base to fit the LED flame.
Use the circular marking as a guide, and adjust the hole size to your candle’s diameter.
You can melt the opening with a hot glue gun tip, soldering iron, or metal punch.
