Printing threads on a 3d printer is a sign of true expertise in modeling and tuning in your settings. This is a test model that has 0.03mm tolerances as well as having a 0.2in chamfer on the top of the hole and bottom of the bolt. The chamfer is crucial because it enables you to actually screw the bolt in, without it the bolt has to be perfectly aligned with the hole.

comment if more variations on tolerances or chamfers are desired.
