This ingenious and highly entertaining design effectively addresses the common issue of insufficient “escape distance” when lighting firecrackers with a lighter during the Lunar New Year—haha!
The entire assembly consists of just three components, which can be printed in a single run using the A1 mini!
Simply insert the lighter into the front section, engage the trigger, and secure the cover—no tools or screws required.
1. Place the lighter in the front end, ensuring the ignition button faces upward.
2. Insert the trigger.
3. Secure the cover.
To replace the lighter, simply pry open the cover along the seam.
Field tests show that this design is compatible with the vast majority of standard lighters—though specially designed lighters may not be fully supported.
