This is a set of guides (left and right side) to allow use of standard Bambu Lab printing plates (from X1C, X1E, P1P, P1S, or A1).  This version locates the Bambu plate in such a way that does not require any G-code modifications, unlike most other variants of these types of guides available at publish time (early Oct 2025).  Do keep in mind that installed as such and because the Bambu plates are a little smaller than ECC plates, keep prints away from the back and right edge of the plate by 1-2mm.

Left and Right are labelled with L and R.  Install by simply snapping on top of the rear stock plate guides – you should hear a gentle click as everything fits together.  I included a STEP file to allow customization of, for example, clearance tolerances.

Prints without supports.  Since these are attached close to the heated printing plate, they really should not be printed in PLA.  HT-PLA, PETG, or PCTG are probably acceptable for non-heated chamber and low plate temperature materials printing.  However, ASA/ABS are best – hence the included 3MF is set up for ASA.
