The system includes:

As shown in the photo, once stacked, the pieces fit together securely by resting one on top of the other—no clips or threads needed. It’s simple and stable.
 

How to get started:
Add a handful of garden soil at the base to introduce natural microbes.
Then alternate layers of:
– Dry browns: shredded paper, dry leaves, sawdust, cardboard
– Wet greens: vegetable peels, tea bags, coffee grounds, wilted salad, banana peel

Keep the contents moist (like a wrung-out sponge), stir weekly, and avoid meat, dairy, citrus, or oily waste.

After a few weeks to months, you’ll observe visible decomposition and liquid collection. It won’t produce rich compost like large bins, but it’s perfect to learn and observe the natural cycle.
 

Placement tips:
