Switch Recommendations:

The model does not include mechanical keyboard switches; you’ll need to purchase them separately. Just head over to Taobao or Pinduoduo to snag a great deal—there’s no shortage of affordable options out there. If you’re new to switches, we recommend starting with Blue switches. We also suggest opting for switches that don’t come with dust‑proof rims.

Installation Tips:

1. Be sure to trim off the four long, slender protrusions inside the top cover.

2. Pay close attention to the installation orientation: The cross-shaped structure features one longer side, which corresponds to the long axis of the switch. We recommend first assembling the top cover with the switches without attaching the base—once you’ve confirmed that the mechanism operates smoothly and the cover pops up as intended, you can then secure it to the base.

3. If the fit isn’t quite right, feel free to slightly enlarge or fill in any gaps—but if the issue persists despite your adjustments, we apologize, but you may want to tweak the design parameters for better results.

Material Selection:

I’ve been testing PLA for printing; PETG has yet to be evaluated. If you encounter issues with holes that are either too large or too small, please adjust the hole compensation settings accordingly.
