This is an alternative mini bed for the eufyMake E1 UV printer, designed to lower the bed height by 18.5mm. 

This allows you to print items up to 80mm tall directly on the bed, compared to the 60mm limit of the original mini bed. 

It attaches and locks just like the OEM version. It requires a 5mm diameter magnet (up to 3mm thick, but thinner works) to trigger the sensor in the printer that mini bed is installed

This alternative bed is also perfect for creating custom jigs. You can either print this bed and your jig separately and then glue them together, or combine them in your software to create a single part. 

I've another version of this mini bed for users who aren't very 3D modeling savvy.  You'll simply be able to add negative parts in slicer to that file and let the slicer cut out the jig for you. Here's the link: 

Please note that this SHOULD NOT BE USED AS A REPLACEMENT MINI BED FOR SHORT OR THIN ITEMS. I haven't yet confirmed the Z height compatibility for items shorter than 20mm, so please only use this for tall items or with jigs that are at least 20mm thick.

For printing, you'll need a 330mm x 330mm print bed (if rotated 45 degrees). The model uses about 200g of filament, or 250g for the reinforced version, and takes roughly 4-6 hours to print on a Neptune 4 Plus, depending on your settings. I recommend using PETG, ASA, or glass-filled composites for their rigidity and heat resistance. For minimal supports, print the model upside down; auto-generated organic tree supports with no support interface worked best for me.

Feel free to use these files to create UV-printed items for sale. However, for commercial use—meaning selling jigs made with these files or selling the printed part itself—please send me a message first. I just appreciate a heads-up, and the most I would ask for is a small donation.
