The dimensions of the plate are identical to original German moped/scooter license plates (approx. 105 x 130 mm, 2 mm thick).

When attaching the plate to round holders or curved surfaces, it is recommended to heat it slightly (hair dryer) to release material stress from bending, otherwise it may break.

 

This models shows the emblem of the DDR (former east germany).

 

This plate is intended for artistic purposes only and is meant for use at meets, exhibitions, photo shoots, or as a prop in pictures or films.
It is neither designed nor approved for road use. This plate does not replace an insurance plate!
Furthermore, it does not represent any personal opinion or political stance of mine.

Print Settings:

  • PLA is sufficient, but in summer PETG is recommended
  • 60% – 100% infill
  • 0.2 mm layer height
  • Total thickness: 2 mm – first 1 mm white, add a pause, then filament switch to orange/ gold
  • The rest according to your own preference
