Hardware / Materials Required:

• IKEA SPARTANSK Bottle: The glass bottle itself.

• Double-sided Tape: A small piece to secure the top cap cover.

• Soft Adhesive Foam/Sheet (EVA or Neoprene): A small cutout is needed for the bottom cap to cushion the glass and ensure a tight, rattle-free fit.

Print Information:

• Material: PLA or PETG (PETG recommended for durability and impact resistance).

• Layer Height: 0.2mm standard.

• Infill: 15-20% gyroid or cubic for strength.

• Supports: Minimal supports may be needed depending on your printer's bridging capabilities (check slicer preview).

Assembly Instructions:

1. Prepare the Bottom Cap: Cut a circle of soft adhesive foam (EVA/Neoprene) and stick it to the inside of the printed bottom threaded disc. This cushions the glass.

2. Insert the Bottle: Slide the IKEA SPARTANSK bottle into the main printed body from the bottom.

3. Secure the Bottom: Screw the threaded disc into the bottom of the shell. Use a coin in the slot to tighten it securely.

4. Attach Top Cap: Apply a small piece of double-sided tape to the original bottle cap and press the printed top cover onto it.
