I purchased my Sovol SH03 dryer and noticed that there are vents on the bottom and was not happy with those being so close to the table.  I also found about a dozen SH02 models for risers, but found none for the far beefier SH03, so I decided to make one!  

This will work with both the Sovol and Comgrow dryers.

This stand is SOLID and raises the dryer by about 45 mm.  

You will need a printer that can print a minimum of 256mm in at least one X or Y dimension.  This is about 253mm in the X as set in the files, so it is a tight fit but will get onto 2 plates. 

Assembly is simple, just slide the two parts together at the dove tail joint and you are good to go.  You can glue if you want, but it is a pretty solid fit, so I don't think it is required.

I would recommend printing in PETG due to heat from the dryer and prolonged weight of 4 spools and the unit, but this thing is solid and built like a tank, so PLA may be ok.  If you feel frisky go to ABS/ASA, you freak ;).

PLEASE BE SURE YOU CLEAN AND GLUE YOUR BUILD PLATE!  This is a large flat surface so adhesion will be your friend.  I STRONGLY recommend using a brim as well.  No supports required, so that's a win!

Print Settings:

• Material - PETG (recommended)

• Layer Height - You do you, but I used a 0.6mm nozzle and a 0.36mm layer.  On a 0.4mm nozzle, I would say turn it up to a 0.28mm height to get the print done sooner.

• Infill - Gyroid, 15%.

• Walls - 3

• Brim - Manual, Outer, 5mm

• Supports - Not Needed

• Top Layer Thickness - 1mm

• Bottom Layer Thickness - 1mm

• Number of top/bottom Layers - 4
