This is a clean, effective, and easy-to-print HEPA filter enclosure designed specifically for the Elegoo Centauri Carbon and Centauri Carbon2, while remaining fully compatible with any 3D printer that has a fan outlet up to 110 × 110 mm and a magnetic enclosure wall.

What You Need

• Filament: PLA, PETG, or any standard material works great (PLA is more than sufficient)

• Magnets: 2× 40 × 20 × 5 mm neodymium magnets (very common and inexpensive)

• Filter media: Any HEPA filter material up to 40 mm thick. Pre-cut pads or larger sheets you can cut with scissors work perfectly.

Printing Instructions

• No supports needed – the model is optimized for easy printing

• 0.2 mm layer height recommended

• 15–20% infill is sufficient

• Print with your usual settings for functional parts

• Orientation: prints flat on the build plate as provided

(This one was printed with Geeetech PLA Silk Cooper,
a layer height of 0.32 mm and a nozzle wide of 0.8 mm.)

Assembly (5 minutes)

1. Print the cage.

2. Press the two 40×20×5 mm magnets into the internal snap-fit pockets.

3. Cut your HEPA filter material to fit snugly inside the cage.

4. Snap the outlet grille/cover in place to secure the filter.

5. Attach the whole assembly magnetically to your printer’s fan outlet. Done!

The filter can be removed and replaced in seconds whenever needed.
