This design is specifically intended as a low-cost alternative for polishing and sanding sponges, requiring the use of an electric grinder and the attachment of sandpaper or polishing cloth with the appropriate grit.
The side of the design features engraved markings: “80” indicates that this grinding head is suitable for polishing models with an internal concave spherical surface approximately 80 mm in diameter, while “1000” denotes a 1000-grit sandpaper; these specifications can be customized according to individual needs.

- 5电烙铁1将砂轮轴热熔焊接置打印模型中;也可以选择不用,需要将模型中孔6.35mm扩大至6.55mm即可直接插入,但是面对大负载打磨可能出现打滑情况.
