Asian Hornet Trap (Thickened Version)

The Asian Hornet Trap (Thickened Version) is a specially designed thickened, durable trapping device for capturing Asian hornets (such as the golden-ringed and black-tailed varieties). Its core features are bite-resistant, drop- and pressure-proof, and one-way entry only, making it ideal for long-term use in outdoor settings or apiaries.

I. Core Structure (Thickened and Reinforced)

• Main Body: Made of thickened HDPE/PP rigid plastic or a dense, thickened stainless steel mesh, with wall thickness ≥2 mm, offering resistance to hornet bites, drops, and exposure to sun and rain.

• Entrance: A wide-outside, narrow-inside conical reverse-entry opening (opening diameter 5–8.5 mm), allowing hornets to enter easily but exit with difficulty; equipped with a thickened funnel and an escape-prevention plate that ensures no rebound and no jamming of bees.

• Bee-Collecting Chamber: Large-capacity design (500–1000 ml), with thickened sealing to prevent leakage and escape; some models also feature a removable bee-discharge port for quick bee removal in just 1 second.

• Accessories: Thickened hanging loops/handles, rainproof cover, and securing straps; metal versions include rivet reinforcement, eliminating the risk of weld points coming loose.
