This 3D-printed magic prop is designed to look like a normal deck of Bicycle playing cards when assembled, but can instantly transform into a set of jigsaw-style pieces for a visual magical effect.

Each 3D-printed block has a thin layer of a real Bicycle playing card carefully cut and glued on top. This creates the illusion of genuine card stock and makes the assembled pieces resemble an authentic deck of cards from above.

When the blocks are arranged together, the red Bicycle back design aligns perfectly and appears to form a solid card. The performer can then “magically” separate the deck into individual puzzle-like pieces, revealing that the deck has transformed into a jigsaw.

The prop combines:

• 3D-printed puzzle blocks,
• real Bicycle card surface,
• a gimmicked assembly that looks identical to a normal deck until the moment of transformation.

This makes it an ideal visual effect for close-up magic, social media magic, or a surprising card routine finale.

EDIT:  there appeared to be a problem on some printers regarding the distance between the pieces, that is now fixed when the “jigsaw - modified, larger gaps- bambu” .3mf file is printed.
