This is a light switch cover plate intended for usage with the Busch Jäger 2CKA001012A1069 switch internals

It was invented because the OEM Busch Jäger parts in ivory color are deprecated yet we already had picked them for a ongoing project and could not get them delivered.

Other colors would still be available but did not fit the color scheme of the project. (and buying OEM and painting them was not the option due to lacking painting skills….)

Due to the nature of this model there will be commonalities with the OEM part it replaces, but the model is entirely my own creation.

This model shall not be used to compete with or infringe upon Busch Jäger, their parent company or any of their associates or subsidiaries. 

Buy factory made, OEM when ever possible – this model is explictly made to replace a now unobtainium color variant.

The usage of 3D prints in electrical installations may be subject to restrictions under some legislations. 

Use thermally stable and sufficiently temperature resistant materials. (I picked PETG, but also considered ASA)

Flame retardant materials are good advice. 

The 3mf is geared towards PETG filament in ivory (RAL1015) by Filament Unger which is a good match to the original color but not the same. This specific filament is very easy to print and way better than the OWL filament used previously (finding ivory color PETG is more difficult than it should be)

This model is for 9 rocker plates 

If you need this model you will likely print more than one copy of it so consider printing the stackable storage boxes i made specifically for these covers too
