This is a handy auxiliary tool designed to simplify the refueling process for hydraulic forklifts. When refueling a forklift alone, it’s often challenging to find a suitable funnel—and even more frustrating when fuel tends to spill during the process. That’s why I created this practical tool.
With a 5.6mm nozzle diameter, the tool fits snugly into the filler port. Since hydraulic oil flows slowly through small openings, I opted for a partially sealed funnel design: this allows you to pour a generous amount of oil when filling the tank, then simply lift the funnel upright to accelerate the flow and ensure efficient filling.
