WAGO Compact Wire Stripper for 221 Connectors

Description

This Compact Wire Stripper for WAGO 221 Connectors is a practical and space-saving tool designed to strip wires to the perfect length for both 4mm² and 6mm² WAGO connectors.

It uses two sections of a standard 9mm cutter blade as cutting edges, which score the cable insulation, and help remove the stripped sheath with ease.

This compact design features two reference notches for quick and accurate length measurement:

11 mm for WAGO 221 – 4mm² connectors

13 mm for WAGO 221 – 6mm² connectors

How to use it

A little practice may be needed to get the best results. For proper operation, ensure the two arms of the stripper are slightly misaligned, this helps the blades engage the insulation effectively. 

Once engaged, rotate the tool back and forth while keeping the wire still and applying firm pressure. Then simply pull to remove the cut insulation.
