This is a decoration for birthday parties or other events. I designed this for a school project

but it could easily be used for other purposes. You insert circles of paper into the "Main Center"

piece (4 in diameter) I used a cricut to cut them out but you could print them by hand. In order to get a perfect ring around it there is also a guide included so you can trace that to get a nice boarder on your paper.
