This model is a holder for 3ml disposable pipettes. I use it to hold my pipettes when dealing with multiple small vials. The design is meant to ensure that the tip of the pipette is not contaminated by anything, that there is no risk of it falling and that it remains easy to grab and put back.
The assembly use a M3 screw 8 to 12mm long. You can just print the holder part and fix it to any metallic plate to use as a base with a M3 threaded hole like in one of the pictures, or print the two parts base. The printed base is designed as two parts so that you can fill it with sand or anything you like to increase its weight.
