Here is a set of inserts for The Modular Lantern that embrace Fall and the wonderful Maple leaf. In addition to this there is a Maple leaf handle you can pop into any Mk3 top.
Plate 1 contains the 4 different inserts, experiment with flipping and placing upside down in the lantern for even more variance.
You can use a normal single colour PLA sheet or print a couple of the single colour panels on plates 2 and 3 which when combined give the leaves a different colour to the background.
My preference is the two colour inserts with the outline insert in front giving a stain glass window effect shown on the left:
