Right-Angle Gear

Bevel Gear with Straight Teeth (Straight-Toothed Bevel Gear) is a mechanical component used to transmit motion and power between two intersecting shafts, with the shaft axes typically at an angle of 90°—though other angles are also possible. It’s a widely used component for intersecting-shaft drives, offering advantages such as simple construction and low cost, though its application is generally limited to low-speed, light-load scenarios.
To facilitate installation, I’ve adopted a flat-head screw design for the mounting screws—no special tools are required; you can use a one‑yuan coin to loosen or tighten them. Just be careful not to over-tighten the screws, as this may prevent the gear from rotating freely.
