WARNING: You must use filament that has a softening point above the max temperature of your dishwasher. This will melt if you do not.

The clips on my roller wheel assembly kept breaking so I decided to reinvent the wheel.

This design allows the plastic clip mechanism to be replaced with a bolt.

Assembly

1. Remove the original clips so only the shaft remains. This can be done with a dremel, utility knife, sanding block, etc.

2. Seat wheel on assembly, put M5 bolt through with the head on the wheel-side
3. Put a washer and locknut on the opposing side.

Remixing

The design is parametric, feel free to edit hole size, wheel size, etc. to better fit your system. I'd appreciate it if you uploaded the remixes here for others to use as well.
