This model is designed as a high-quality school environment with realistic details. It consists of a large school building with a proper entrance, windows, boundary wall, gate, and surrounding features like a playground, parking area, trees, and benches to make it look natural.

 The setup includes a four-lane road junction built to real-world scale, with proper road markings such as zebra crossings, stop lines, arrows, dividers, and sidewalks. At the junction, a functional traffic light system is added with red, yellow, and green signals placed on posts at each corner, along with optional pedestrian signals. 

The entire model uses PBR textures for materials like asphalt, concrete, glass, and bricks, combined with HDRI lighting to enhance realism. Designed to be large in proportion, the model gives the feel of an actual school campus located beside a busy road, making it suitable for both visualization and animation purposes.
