Prints fairly easily. I suggest that you start by painting, then, ensuring the tanks fit easily into the upper deck first then set them aside. Assemble the four main frames around the upper deck starting with a large one. Locate it as in the picture. The decking will align with the frame so someone stepping off the ladder will step onto the deck. The top edge of the deck will stick up above the frames evenly around the rest of the framework.
