I created a better version that what I have seen, which wasn't much. Created in Fusion and edited in blender. You can easily break apart the objects for the eyes, mouth and nose to print in black.

It does fit a larger head. You will want to measure your head and scale to size.

Printed on a 350 mm bed easily. Supports needed for the bottom edge and the face area only. Tree supports help save on filament and time.

The black inserts work fine, but you will need to separate them in the slicer for best placement.

I used SCIGRIP 16 Acrylic Cement to glue the pieces in place. It semi-melts the layers of plastic and welds them together.
