⚠️ Critical Print Settings for Success:

• Material: PETG is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. The hinge and locking clip require excellent layer adhesion. PLA is often too brittle for this mechanism.
• Calibration is Crucial: Weak layer bonding = broken clips. Ensure your printer is dialed in before printing.
• Infill: 10–50% (20–30% is sufficient).
• Supports: No.
• Brim: No.
• Orientation: Print as provided—the mechanism is designed to work straight off the build plate.
