This is a replacement cap for the Little Giant brand 5 gallon chicken waterer. The cap that comes with the container has fairly thin walls and eventually breaks…if it does not get lost first. This is a more robust replacement cap. There is little worry about contact with the animal's water as the cap is only used during filling and is then stored on the top of the container when the waterer is in use. I printed this out of PLA but an ASA may stand up better for outdoor use. I printed multiple on the sme bed to have spares waiting in the barn when needed. Use 100% infill - it's such a small part it will still print quickly.
