Hello i was trying to print the Zillonross protgen visor buck but it was to large for my printer (bambu labs a1) and i tried printing the cut down to 4 parts version and that had loads of gaps, so i decided to modify the original file to fit on 256mmx256mm printers

i am currently printing this and will update this if it comes out good, and if it vacuum forms well

edit 1 : i have successfully printed this out after 2 failed attempts, the first 2 was printed on a Textured PEI Plate and the corners warped up and came off of the bed, that resualted in layer shifts that where pretty bad, so for my third attempt i used a Smooth PEI Plate this bed i have to littarly fight it to get the prints off, this time when i printed it it still warped but this time instead of the warped part going into air it just lifed the corners of the bed it self and that seems to of helped as there is 0 layer shifts in this, next edit will most likaly be when i get this vacuumformed, i also noticed that there is some gaps in the front of it, if needed i could fix that if someone comments they need it, i doubt it will affect how it vacuumforms.
