The STL is scaled down much.

Scale the model as big as you want. I scaled up the x-axis to about 110 mm.

If it is scaled too small, you probably get problems with cutting the cookies without sticking.

My dough recipe that worked out pretty well:

500 g all purpose flour
200 g white granulated sugar
250 g butter
3 eggs
1 package of vanilla sugar (i used tonka sugar)
1 package of backing soda

optional:

120 g ground almonds
