I designed this small heart-shaped tray. I wanted a minimalist piece with natural, soft forms—just the kind you’ll love to have sitting on your desk. In the end, it turned out to be incredibly practical as a catchall for small items. I use it to store paper clips, sticky notes, and SD cards that are always scattered across my desk—but it could just as easily look great at the front door to hold your keys, or on your nightstand to organize your jewelry. 

It requires no supports and prints directly. The smooth, curved edge at the top gives it a modern, minimalist aesthetic. 

My print settings: 

• Filament: PLA
• Wall thickness: 2 layers. It’s quite sturdy and has a nice, solid weight.
• Variable layer height: Enabled to smooth the layers along the rounded top edge while also speeding up printing.
• Finish: Enabled “bed leveling” to ensure a perfectly flat base. 

• Supports: Not required—this model prints seamlessly without any need for supports.
