Need to connect two parts rigidly? These 3D printable flat bars are designed for structural applications in DIY projects, robotics, or furniture repair.

Key Features:

  • Reinforced Design: The area around the bolt holes is thickened/reinforced to prevent cracking under screw tension.
  • Standard Dimensions: All plates are 20mm wide and 3mm thick.
  • M4 Compatibility: Holes are sized for M4 screws (loose fit for easy assembly).

Printing Instructions:

  • Orientation: Print flat on the bed.
  • Material: PETG or ASA recommended for mechanical strength, PLA is fine for indoor use.
  • Infill: 35% or higher (Grid or Gyroid) for stiffness.
  • Perimeters: Use 4-5 wall loops. This is crucial – walls provide more strength than infill in thin parts like this.
