Meet BOT-07, a fully articulated and 37 cm tall robot designed specifically for 3D printing.

This is not just a static figure. BOT-07 features multiple articulated joints, allowing you to pose the robot in a variety of positions. The joints are designed and tested specifically for 3D printing, with tolerances tuned for PLA so that the assembled robot remains stable while still being poseable.

🦾 Modular hands
The included hand is the basic BOT-07 claw.

The wrist is designed as a modular connection, allowing different hands, tools and attachments to be developed in the future.

Recommended material: PLALayer height: 0.2 mm
Supports: I printed every part without supports, but for safety I add some supports to the print profile.
Infill: 8%
Walls: 2

Individual parts are provided separately for easier printing and assembly.

🔧 AssemblyThe robot uses press-fit / snap-fit connections and printed pins and some parts you need to glue it.
Because PLA joints can loosen slightly after repeated movement, the joints are intentionally designed with sufficient interference to provide a firm fit after assembly.

Tip: Test the joint before fully assembling the robot. Printing conditions and filament can affect the final fit.
