Turns Creality 1 kg refills into a complete spool that mounts directly on the Elegoo Centauri Carbon 2's spring-cartridge spool holders. Two parts, screw together, no hardware.
│ Dimension │ Value │
│ Disc diameter │ 195 mm │
│ Disc thickness │ 4.0 mm │
│ Hub outer diameter │ 74.6 mm (fits 76.2 mm / 3" refill bore) │
│ Center hole (both sides) │ 56.0 mm / 2.205" — fits CC2 cartridge, AMS-style holders, and standard ~55 mm spindles │
│ Accepted coil width │ 52–62 mm (thread clamps flush at any width in range) │
│ Assembled overall width │ coil width + 8 mm (60–70 mm) │
│ Thread │ Trapezoidal, single-start, 5 mm pitch, 1.8 mm depth, Ø66.1/64.6 nominal, 0.30 mm radial clearance │
│ Side A │ Disc + 46 mm hub, internal thread — refill slides fully on │
│ Side B │ Disc + 6 mm support collar + 20 mm external-thread sleeve │
│ Extras │ 8 lightening windows per disc; 3× 1.8 mm filament-parking slits per disc rim (grip 1.75 mm filament) │
│ Model volume │ Side A 100.7 cm³, side B 94.5 cm³ (solid) │
Print settings (tested): PETG, 0.4 nozzle, discs down, no supports, 4 walls, 5 top/bottom layers, 6-10% gyroid (or any you like) . Hub and thread walls print as solid perimeters at 4 walls. PLA works too but can't use inside filament dryers over 40F so stick to petg.
Assembly: slide refill onto side A's hub → screw side B in until its disc presses the coil snug → park the filament end in a rim slit. Coil tension preloads the threads, so it self-tightens in use; unscrew to swap refills.
