This is a tripod mount for a UNI-T UT353 sound meter.

 

It has a tripod thread so you can mount it to a tripod, the particular tripod I am using is this https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_c4eU5fK7  or https://amzn.to/4u1nirc (affiliate links).

 

It can also be used to keep the sound meter vertical on a bench without a tripod.
