This is a hot air blower with dimensions of 151 x 116 x 40 mm. Due to its relatively low power output, it’s not suitable for large‑scale heating applications—but it can efficiently heat the interior of a 30 x 30 x 30 mm enclosure up to around 50°C, making it ideal for curing and drying SLA (Stereolithography) printed models. The lower temperature ensures that the model remains intact without risking delamination.

The housing features a screwless design for streamlined assembly and enhanced aesthetics.

Installation Steps

Due to the tight internal space, careful attention must be paid to the installation sequence.

Before installing the switch box and power connector, you can pre‑solder the power connector wires as well as the wires on the switch side. The wires on the other side of the switch should be soldered after the switch has been mounted into the housing.

Wiring Instructions

The wiring for the W3230 should be completed after the panel has been installed.

The temperature probe is located on the left side of the power connector.
