• Bottom Exposure Time: 20 s

🛠️ LIFT & SPEED

• Lift Distance: 5 mm
• Lift Speed: 90 mm/min
• Retract Speed: 150 mm/min

(Slightly faster is fine because surfaces are rigid)

📐 ORIENTATION (VERY IMPORTANT)

• Tilt 30–35° backwards
• Add 5–10° sideways tilt
• Keep the tail angled upward, never parallel to the build plate
• Avoid flat contact on:
  • Chest plate
  • Feet soles
  • Tail segments

This reduces:

• Suction forces
• Layer banding on armor
• Tail deformation

🦾 MECHANICAL MODEL NOTES

• Armor plates tolerate lower exposure than organic minis
• Sharp edges stay crisp at ~2.0 s
• Overexposure will round panel lines, avoid it
• This model is ideal for fast DLP printing

⚠️ QUICK TUNING

• If panel lines look soft → –0.1 s
• If tail layers fail → +0.1 s
• If supports break → increase support density, not exposure

• Wall thickness: 2.0–2.5 mm
• Drain holes: 2–3 holes, 3 mm, hidden under feet or tail base
