Here is a quick model that will let you use a cheap £1.50 7" Light Diffuser Sock with a ZHIYUN FiveRay M20C light.

 

Watch the video for the difference it makes:

You will need 4 4mmx2mm magnets and the 7" diffuser sock.

 

Place the magnets on the light to work out the polarity and glue the side that faces away from the light into the printed part:

Then stretch a 7" diffuser over it and pop it on your light:
