The missus asked me to create a baseplate for the kids’ PlusPlus pieces, so I made this model!

A few days later, with the help of OpenSCAD, I designed the baseplate. Then I thought, “Ugh… I always need to bring a plastic bag to store all the PlusPlus pieces.” So I figured, why not solve that too?

I printed four walls with pegs that fit into the baseplate, then printed one more baseplate to use as the lid… and there you go!

You’ve got an on-the-go storage box for all your PlusPlus pieces, complete with two baseplates to play on! The kids love them, the missus is happy, and I had a blast creating them.

All files are included so you can customise and modify the design however you like.

Print Instructions: 

• Go with 0.16mm so the sloped holes have enough details.
• That's all the included profile works great and includes already printer tolerances for most now a day printers.

Note: When using the OpenSCAD files, be aware that scaling may cause issues with the fit of some parts. I tried to work around this in the code, but just keep it in mind if you make adjustments.
