Overview:

I have a set of small Kobalt metric and imperial wrenches that came in small pouches.  Every time I need a wrench, I have to dump the contents and scrounge for the size I need.  I finally designed a storage solution for them that was well labeled and easy to find the right size. 

There is a separate box for metric and imperial sizes.  The two boxes can be attached with the dove tail.  There are TPU inserts that fit into the boxes securely that also hold the wrenches tightly.  You may need to pound the inserts in gently with a large dowel and hammer, but it isn’t difficult. 

I don’t have a multi-color option for 3D printing yet, so I added a pause on the TPU inserts to change colors for the labels. 

I’ve included short lids, so the boxes can be used without the inserts and can store small parts instead of wrenches.

My Fusion 360 design is also included, so you customize it using parameters.  I’m not completely happy with the design yet as I should have put them on a gridfinity base, and I don’t like how tall the lids turned out. Maybe there will be a version 2 in the future.
