When I started creating this version of the dispenser, the idea arose to make a mechanical one. I'm sure you've seen it. In work, it turned out to be very convenient and I even thought about whether to continue working on the electric version. But the details were all printed, processed, all that remained was to assemble ... And you know, I really like the mechanical version, but I did not even suspect how new, that is, this one, would be successful ... Yes, it is more difficult to assemble, almost jewelry work, but the time spent on it justifies itself. How he works? - excellent, and you will see him in real work more than once in my other videos.

On the assembly, a few words ... My version is slightly different from the model that I published. But the difference is small. Since I did not want to wait for the delivery of the gear, I found a suitable one in my spare parts. The published model has a gear modulus of 0.4 and has 36 teeth, my version is 34 teeth. I have not found this size in the store.Since the seller did not specify the thickness of the large gear, it may be necessary to print a washer to fit between the gear and the thrust bearing. I also used a radial bearing from the HDD head, here, a very common bearing model MR85ZZ is used. This is perhaps all the difference.

And of course the motor! It is small, consumption is scanty, but thanks to the planetary gearbox, its torque is unusually large.

Actually, in the summer I bought it specifically for this project, but due to the heavy workload of other projects that you will also see in due time, this project was postponed...

I used an adapter for a syringe ready for a pneumatic dispenser, but in a previous model I tried to print it, and this was the good. Therefore, there is also a printed version in the archive, as for the previous model. And if you decide to buy a ready-made one, a drilling template is also included. In the video, I focused on this...

The charger is a topic for another conversation ... This is a fragment from a board for charging five batteries, I cut it out with a mill. If you look closely, you will see that this fragment is completely self-contained. And by the way, in my other projects you will see him more than once.

The forward / backward of the motor is made on two switches that cross-reverse the polarity. I could not find a miniature three-position switch with six contacts, so I had to tinker (after watching the video, everything will become clear):
