This tool is a water Diffuser for aquarium . It is useful for when you need to do water changes or fill up your tank without unrooting the plants or move the substrate all over making a big hole where the water falls. this water diffuser breakes the current and makes the process more smooth and less destructive. it is made for a tube with these mesures : Intern diameter 8mm and extern diameter: 12mm.
