modular hanger

WARNING: This model was designed for hanging lightweight objects and tools, primarily for use in the kitchen and bathroom. I'm not sure it can hold excessive weight, so I don't recommend using it for heavy tools, such as mallets, drills, etc.
Description:
I needed a hanger for kitchen tools, but after browsing for half an hour through the various models available on the site, I couldn't find anything that met my needs: too many hooks, too few, all the same type, or different types that weren't necessary.
So I started designing a custom hanger, but I was stuck deciding which type of hooks I wanted to create: what if tomorrow I needed to hang a different tool? I'd have to recreate the entire model!
To solve this problem, I decided to create a modular hanger that allows for easy changes in the available hook types; Using the dovetail joint system, each hook can be removed and replaced in seconds, allowing you to create a customized hanger for any situation.
Being able to print the hooks separately from the base also gives you greater freedom in color customization.
Along with the two bases, I loaded six types of hooks and an empty hook base, allowing anyone to create their own custom hook. If you need a specific hook and aren't familiar with 3D printing, I'm happy to create and load new hooks. Let me know in the comments or by contacting me privately.
Printing Instructions:
The bases do not require any support; some of the hooks may require support and have already been set up for that purpose.
When printing some of the first prototypes of the bases, I encountered warping issues at the ends (probably due to the temperature of the room where the printer is located); to resolve this issue, I activated the brim. If you don't think it's necessary, you can safely disable it.
For the bases, I enabled ironing on all the top surfaces because I wanted them to be smooth to the touch, as well as making it easier to insert the hooks. You can also disable it if you want to reduce printing time and/or prefer a rougher surface (this doesn't affect the hooks' fit; the first prototypes were unironed, and the hooks inserted without any problems).
For the hooks, I loaded a print profile containing the complete set of 6 hooks, and I loaded them individually so I could print only the ones I wanted, even using the Handy app.
Assembly instructions:
I loaded the print profile for two base models: one with holes for wall mounting with 3M screws, and another without, which can be secured with double-sided tape.
Once the base is attached, simply decide which hooks you want to use and insert them from above, using the dovetail system. To remove them, simply push them upward, sliding them off the base.
Post-processing:
The support is easily removed from the few hooks that require it, without requiring any special post-removal care.
If you used a brim for the base, you may need to use a deburrer or sandpaper to smooth the base's edges.
