This is the car that I worked on for the Pro-Class STEM Racing competition (formerly known as "F1 In Schools"), following 2025 regulations. This car is most likely outdated in one way andd will need changes to better-fit regulations.
Awards won at Regionals:
- Fastest Car
- Best pit display
- 2nd place Overall
Uses SLA Resin Printing for Front wing, back wing, wheels, and wheel supports. (also wheel caps). Body is CNC milled from a block of foam (designed for 3mm diameter ball-nose bit), and the halo is printed with PLA.
Make sure your bearings are high quality ceramic, zirconia (costing >£50.)
The wheels on this model had their rims expanded, which was milled down to the correct diameter (with some clearance).

Car design, and the vast majority of the engineering work was all done by me. Feel free to comment or DM me for technical questions.
You may take ideas from this model and use it to help you design your own car. You may also manufacture this car, but you are forbidden from claiming this design as your own. If you re-use any components without credit, you are risking disqualification from your competition.
