The kitchen sink icon tap blank broke fell off, Need to cover the gap to stop water dripping into the cupboard below.

I tried the only model I could find on another site, the thread on the nut and bolt (cap) was too tight lucky to make a quarter turn.

So design my own with with large chamfier both sides of the nut, used the taper cutting iso rod to cut the Nut, and used a standard iso rod with small tolerance to create and initial loose easy screw that can make a tight fit. The nut has been slimed down make it easier to get between the sink and wooden support and easily tighten.
