This is a remix of the separators orginally designed by Jared. but with two layers of bins which will occupy the whole space behind the top tray.
Those bins can be used together as on the following sketch, or individually as each bottom bin slits into the internal lego bin supports (Thanks Jared for this great solution).
Those bins can also be mixed & matched with corresponding full size bins or Jared original bins
