I thought this would come in handy to replace poker chips that go missing. Instead of buying another pack of chips, just print out as many as you need. I created number circles for 1, 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, and 100 denominations, that can be inserted onto the faces of the chip, but you can also choose to write/insert any number or text directly onto the chip. The diameter of the number circle is 23.4mm, if you want to print something that size, cut it out, and then glue it onto the chip.

You could also use this as a ball marker while playing golf, or add a hole and wear it on a keychain.

To assemble, you'll need to

  1. Print the pokerchip-rim.stl
  2. Print two of the pockerchip-faces.stl. (To make it stand out, use a different color)
  3. Print two of the number circle you want to use. You can choose from the following:
    1. 1 = poker chip-1.stl
    2. 2 = poker chip-2.stl
    3. 5 = poker chip-5.stl
    4. 10 = poker chip-10.stl
    5. 25 = poker chip-25.stl
    6. 50 = poker chip-50.stl
    7. 100 = poker chip-100.stl
  4. Slide one of the poker chip faces into the chip rim. Slide it in until the side with the indented circle is flush with the rim, so it is facing outward from the rim.
  5. Slide the othe poker chip face into the chip rim, making sure the indented circle is facing outward.
    1. It's a snug fit, so you'll need to press hard along the edges, on both sides. I was able to do it with my hands, but if you have trouble, I would recommend pressing on a hard flat surface, or maybe even using some pliers.
  6. Slide the number circles into the indented circles on the chip faces. Make sure it's aligned the way you want, as it is a snug fit, so it will be difficult to re-align it, once it is in.

Note: Technically, I could have put two of the faces or circles in the same stl file, but I figured if one comes out wrong, and you need to re-print it, then at least you're not stuck having to re-print both

To make the chip even more colorful, you could print the rim, faces, and number circles all in different colors.
